Lock-down to rebuild and be more human

As we all know our generation is facing an epic problem of spreading a corona-virus which is technically Covid-19 started from Wuhan city, china. All the world’s largest and developed countries including China, USA, UK, Japan and many more seem to surrender in front of it.

The main problem with this is that Corona-virus disease spreads primarily through contact with an infected person when they cough or sneeze. It also spreads when a person touches a surface or object that has the virus on it, then touches their eyes, nose, or mouth. (Wikipedia)

All the govt. of different countries with WHO are trying to make things in control but till now, no solution is available. The word solution mentioned here is about medicine or vaccines to stop the corona-virus to spread or kill.

Any government or even WHO is unable to tell when this situation will become normal. For now, they are spreading the only solution as Social Distancing and Country-Wide Lockdown. They have all guidelines and data in their official site WHO-Covid-19.

Till now, there are 555,000+ total cases worldwide and total death happened 25,000+. WHO declares it as a PANDEMIC.

The disease causes respiratory illness (like the flu) with symptoms such as a cough, fever, and in more severe cases, difficulty breathing. You can protect yourself by washing your hands frequently, avoiding touching your face, and avoiding close contact (1 meter or 3 feet) with people who are unwell. (Wikipedia)

Now I know, if you are living in any part of today’s world, this information is not new for you. Even it is possible that you are the one who is facing many social and economic problems because of it.

But, if you are safe in your home and want to do something for your future, there is one piece of advice I can give you is that You Should Rebuild Yourself for The Future.

What does it mean to rebuild yourself?

In the time of lock-down, in India and other parts of the world, many people are behaving not like a human, showing their insensitivity and greediness openly as seeing a deadly virus in front of them. The privileged are safe and have hope, but many of them can be seen as insensitive to the suffering of others. Especially a developing country like India with 80% population under the low-income category, creating a wide line between privileged and unprivileged people in the time of this crisis.

The situation that society is facing at present giving us a window to see what can we do to rebuild our lives with the new rules around everyone, with the value of every person.

Just think, when we say at the time of lock-down, all we will get only the essential services, we are not saying that cricket tournament will be played or cinema hall will be opened. We are talking about the person who provides us vegetables, milk, and grocery, etc. Don’t you think it is the time to give them the place they deserved always?

In my opinion, we are entering a new age where at least this generation will going to remember this present situation. This lock-down and social distancing will create an opportunity for new ideas and businesses. The disaster we did to earth and the society we made are so bad, that by not living conventionally, we are doing much favor to the environment.

We have the opportunity to rethink how we can run our social and economical system and not destroy further the ecosystem. We have the time to think about how to be more human and be kind more than ever.

In the end, for now, enjoy the song that is one of my favorites.
